Carlo Ancelotti has succeeded Guus Hiddink as manager of Chelsea Football Club. The former AC Milan manager leaves Italy after 8 years in charge. During this time he won the Italian title twice as well as the Champions League, something which has evaded Chelsea over recent years. Apparently he may have communication problems with the players due to poor English. Check for yourself on his first interview as Chelsea manager.
